Terms of Use
By using PrepForce, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. Educational service
PrepForce provides MCQs, explanations, practice quizzes, mock tests, performance tools and job-specific preparation for educational purposes. It does not guarantee selection, appointment, passing marks or any recruitment outcome.
2. Independent status
Official recruitment advertisements, departmental websites and competent authorities remain the controlling sources for eligibility, syllabus, dates, vacancies and procedures.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and activity under your account. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate others and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Guest accounts may have limited recovery options.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases or services
- Interfere with app security or operation
- Scrape, republish or commercially redistribute the question bank without permission
- Use automation to abuse tests, reports or future paid services
- Upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material
- Misrepresent PrepForce as an official government service
5. Content and corrections
Questions may be drawn from original preparation material, public information, official sources and past-paper concepts. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that every question is error-free or permanently current. Report suspected errors to support. We may correct, update, archive or remove content.
6. Current Affairs and officials
Officeholders, rankings, statistics and events can change. A displayed review date does not replace verification from an official current source.
7. Future Premium services
If Premium is introduced, pricing, renewal terms, trial conditions, cancellation and benefits will be shown before purchase and processed through Google Play where required. The current test build does not collect real Premium payments.
8. Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product improvement. Cloud functions require internet access; offline features may remain available where supported.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
PrepForce is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the PrepForce Team is not liable for recruitment decisions, missed deadlines, reliance on outdated material, device problems, data loss outside our reasonable control or indirect damages.
10. Termination
We may restrict access where a user violates these Terms, abuses the service or creates security/legal risk. Users may stop using PrepForce and delete their account at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an updated effective date indicates acceptance where legally permitted.
