Delete your PrepForce account and data

Option 1 — Delete inside the app

1. Open PrepForce and sign in.
2. Open My Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Review the warning and tap Delete Permanently.
5. If Firebase asks for recent authentication, sign out, sign in again and repeat the deletion.

The in-app process deletes your Firebase Authentication account, Firestore user document and local account data.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app or your account, email the PrepForce Team from the email associated with your account.

Verification and timing

• Send the request from your registered email whenever possible.
• We may request limited verification to prevent deletion of another person’s account.
• We aim to process valid requests within 7 days and no later than applicable legal deadlines.
• Never email your password, password-reset link, Google access link or verification code.

Data deleted

• Firebase Authentication identity
• Firestore profile and preferences
• Cloud bookmarks
• Cloud test history and progress
• Cloud streak/activity dates
• Associated local account data when deletion is performed in the app

Data that may remain

Information may be retained only where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud/security prevention, dispute resolution or enforcement. Aggregated data that can no longer identify you may also remain. Google may retain separate security records according to its own policies. Removing PrepForce from your Google connected-app list is managed through your Google Account.
