Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the PrepForce Team (“PrepForce”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the PrepForce Android application and related services.
1. Information we collect

Local-only data
A custom profile picture selected from your device is currently processed, resized and stored locally on that device. It is not uploaded to Firebase Cloud Storage in the current version.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate and identify your account
- Synchronize preparation data across sessions and supported devices
- Restore bookmarks, test history, streak and preferences
- Provide password reset and email verification
- Protect accounts, prevent abuse and troubleshoot the service
- Improve reliability and user experience
3. Services and processors
PrepForce uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Google processes information according to its applicable terms and privacy practices. Google Sign-In shares only the profile information shown on its consent screen, such as name, email and profile picture. PrepForce does not receive your Google password, Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for unrelated advertising. Data may be processed by service providers necessary to operate authentication, cloud synchronization, security and future Google Play purchases. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
5. Storage and security
Cloud account data is stored in Firebase. Firestore security rules restrict each authenticated user to their own document and nested data. Data is transmitted using encrypted connections. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their Google account and password.
6. Retention
Account and synchronized preparation data is retained while your account exists. Local app data remains until you clear app data, uninstall PrepForce or use Delete Account. Limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
7. Account and data deletion
You can permanently delete your account from My Account → Delete Account. This deletes your Firebase Authentication account, Firestore user document and local account data. You may also request deletion through our public account-deletion page.
8. Children and target audience
PrepForce is intended for government-job and recruitment-test candidates and is not designed primarily for children under 13. Users below the age required to manage their own account should use the service only with parent or guardian permission.
9. Educational-content accuracy
We work to review MCQs, explanations and current-affairs information, but errors or outdated information may occur. Users should verify recruitment rules, dates, officeholders, eligibility and test patterns from the relevant official advertisement or department.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy when features, laws or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated. Material changes may also be announced within the app.
